Events keeps privacy simple: we collect only what is needed to operate the directory, and we don't sell personal data.
What we collect
- Anonymous analytics — aggregate page views and referrers; no individual tracking identifiers.
- Account data (only if you sign in) — email, name, and events you have submitted.
- Security data — short-lived session tokens, IP addresses for abuse detection (retained ≤ 30 days).
What we don't do
- We don't run third-party advertising or remarketing pixels.
- We don't sell personal data.
- We don't track you across other sites.
Cookies
Events uses a single session cookie when you log in, and nothing else. No tracking cookies, no fingerprinting.
Your rights
If you have an account, you can request deletion of your data at privacy@example.com. We'll confirm within 30 days.
